Points.com
...wanna trade?
You travel. A lot. Enough that the stitching of the airplane seat is permanently imprinted on your thighs. So what to do with all those frequent flyer miles you've racked up? As it turns out, you can trade on those, too. Points.com provides members with options to trade, swap, earn, collect and use their points and miles. Consumers (membership is free) use the site to track their participation in many of the world's leading frequent flyer and hotel guest programs. The newest edition to Points.com's offerings is the new Global Points Exchange (GPX), allowing members to make trades between mileage/point accounts and between other members. How it works: Members use the GPX trading board to either post a trade or find one that suits their needs. Once a trading partner is found, GPX facilitates the transaction to exchange the miles/points between each other’s reward program accounts. Upon confirmation that both trading partners have the specified points/miles available in their accounts, trades are subject to the verification of and the rules set by the reward partners. If you've got it, why can't you trade it? David Perry 10/24/08
